A full refund can be issued if requested within 24 hours of ordering. After the 24-hour period, you have 14 days from date of delivery to return your purchase to be eligible for a refund. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must be returned to the OGarden warehouse (contact us for delivery address) in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will apply. If you receive a refund, the cost of the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cups of soil, seeds and deluxe kits are non-refundable.

Warranty upon reception of an OGarden Smart.
Please verify *panels, *doors and *hardware. We offer a warranty on *these items only if damage occurs during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. We will only send you replacement parts for *these items ONE time (If there is damage, please send us pictures and / or video of all 4 sides of the OGarden Smart).

Failure to properly care of your OGarden Smart may void this warranty. ANY modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of OGarden Smart will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the products warranty.

OGarden Smart parts guaranteed 1 year after reception:

  • Central lamp
  • Cabinet lamp
  • Electronic board
  • Pump
  • LCD screen

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain period of time.

Approved refunds will be issued within 5 to 30 business days of receipt and / or inspection of your order.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or extremely damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@ogardensmart.com and ship your item back to us (contact us for the shipping address.)
